Aretha Franklin was more than a singer. She fought for civil rights, women’s rights, and Native American rights. She worked to make the world a fairer, more soulful place.
We’re honoring her legacy with a beach concert THIS FRIDAY Sept 21st, to support getting out the vote for the midterm elections.
The midterm elections are Tuesday, November 6th.
Through wireless headphones, Meditation Teacher and DJ Barrett will lead a group meditation, then play an inspiring set of Aretha Franklin songs that will start in church, get very funky, and end with her singing at Obama’s inauguration.
All profits go toward getting out the vote.
